When writing down to a lower Hcp. Category, decimal from the higher category is to be used until Hcp, has reached the lower category.
Thereafter decimal for the lower category is to be used for the rest of the points above 36
Example : Player with hcp 27,2 recieves 40 points : 3*0,5 = 1,5 + the rest 1*0,4. New Hcp is 25,3
( When entering category 1 after a non tournament round hcp is set to 4,5 no matter the result of the round.)
